Giorgia Mae Rawlings is a prominent Australian Tattoo Artist known for her expertise in neo-traditional tattooing. Born in Melbourne and raised on the Gold Coast, Giorgia began her tattooing career in 2012 with an apprenticeship, transitioning into full-time tattooing in 2015. She gained international recognition after appearing in the first season of Bondi Ink Tattoo Crew, a reality TV show, which significantly boosted her career.

 

Giorgia has travelled extensively, living and working in cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Vancouver, Toronto, London, Edinburgh, Barcelona etc; where she worked with renowned artists from all over the world. She later helped to open and move to work at Everblack Tattoo Studio in Brooklyn. Her work is recognized for its intricate detailing, often focusing on animals, and blending illustrative and realistic elements. She values creative freedom in her craft, often working closely with clients to create personalized designs.

 

Beyond her technical skill, Giorgia is an advocate for changing perceptions of tattoo culture, particularly highlighting the long history of the industry and its importance in the culture of today.
